Right to Restriction (Art. 18)
You have the right to request restriction of processing when you contest the accuracy of data, when processing is unlawful but you prefer restriction over erasure, or when you need the data for legal claims.
Right to Object (Art. 21)
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data based on legitimate interests. We will cease processing unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests.
Automated Decision-Making (Art. 22)
You have the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that produce legal or similarly significant effects. You may request human review of any automated decision.
