You register for Alapchat using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

3. Service Description

Alapchat provides an AI-powered customer support chatbot platform. The service includes document ingestion, RAG-based question answering, customizable chat widgets, and analytics.

4. Customer Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you upload to Alapchat, including documents, configurations, and conversation data. We process your data solely to provide the service.

5. Acceptable Use

  • Do not upload illegal, harmful, or abusive content
  • Do not attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise the platform
  • Do not use the service for spam or unsolicited messaging
  • Do not upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights

6. AI Disclaimer

AI-generated responses may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing and monitoring AI outputs. Alapchat is not liable for AI-generated content.

7. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.

8. Intellectual Property

The Alapchat platform, including its design, code, and branding, is our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alapchat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days in accordance with our data retention policy.

11. Governing Law
